Borrowing Mr Daubmans beloved golf cart while he was busy with his sub sandwich, Susie and I toured Kellys Island Venture Resort as part of our market + type research. There we met the main crew responsible for KI Venture Resort. Father (builder), daughter (desk manager + bill payer), mother (backup phone receptionist), and cousin (engineer) who gave us a lot of insight as to the obstacles with building on Kellys Island, including having to build your own sewage plant.
Doesn't look like infrastructure.
